Flat Fees (Full Service) is a Modern Way to Sell a Home on the MLS

1. This offer is for Seller's whos homes are located in the Okanagan and are Leaving the Area and/or Getting Out of the Market. 

2. The Listing Agent's Flat Fee (starting at $2,995) does not include the additional Buyer's Agent Fee of 3% on the 1st $100,000 & 1.5% on the balance that will be required to be paid, upon closing, to the Buyer's Agent.  The Buyer's Agent Fee is an essential element that incentivizes the Agents to show clients your property!
